Our Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products, other than those with custom imprinting or custom photos, return them in saleable condition within 30 days and we'll exchange them or refund your money, no questions asked. Unless damaged prior to receipt, products with custom imprinting and custom photos are not returnable. If any products arrive damaged, please contact us and retain the damaged products as well as all packaging for possible inspection by the shipping carrier.
