Narrative:
The earth remains in debt to the Native Peoples of the Americas. They respected the seasons, the lands, the rivers, the lakes. The earth which they honor in their rituals repays them with a deep sense of belonging. The Native Americans and the earth are faithful to one another. The lamb which the Guardian Spirit holds so carefully in its arms is a symbol of the Fidelity which so challenges those who ignore their debt to the earth.

The Child Spirit keeps the spirit of the child alive and vibrant in everyone. The truly wise person finds room in life for the spirit of the child and so the wise person, no matter what age, can play, trust, grow, recover from mistakes. The healthy society loves and treasures its children. It holds and embraces them. It comforts them. A wise society listens to its children, pays careful attention to them. The wise spiritual tradition recognizes that the child bears within itself a certain divine quality that often disappears in adults. This Child Spirit Image invites you to welcome and honor the spirit of the Child in society and in the heart of every everyone.
